Both menthol in high 16 mg and medium 11 mg strength are out of stock at the moment.
There was an error in our most recent shipment of menthol cartomizers, so our manufacturer is working quickly to create and ship out these cartomizers. The estimated time of arrival is roughly 1.5-2 weeks. In the mean time, available menthol cartomizer strengths are low/6 mg and no nicotine.
I could not see where to leave feedback anywhere on the site nor on this blog so I thought I would submit a comment here. Why the heck would the cigarette case NOT fit the e-cigarette w/ the cartridge attached?? If I want to use it outside of my house I have to throw it in my purse as is instead of in the case where it would be protected. Very weird!
Totally agree with you about the case! Unfortunately, we were not aware of the USB charger NOT fitting in the case until we got ‘em in :-/ Fortunately, we’re switching USB charger styles to ones that don’t have the cord so they will fit in the case.
Our shipment with the different style USB chargers are set to arrive in about 2 weeks’ time. We’ll be sure to send you one when they come in.

Our apologies for the cartomizer flavor. There was a manufacturer error, and they ended up tasting a bit like chocolate! After searching in our system, I do see Ann has been in touch with you and is working on a remedy. I saw your note about being unable to get the flavor of the liquid out of the cartomizers. I have had many problems with the batteries and then I realized that maybe I should try to clean the cartomizers and the batteries. I take a clean Q-Tip and as I hold the battery I wipe the ridges and I take the Q-Tip by the hole in the battery and twist it making sure that none of the Q-Tip gets inside. I do the same with the cartomizer and you would be surprised at how much of a difference this makes. I have been able to double the life of my batteries. This is something I thought I’d share with everyone else. I love Firelight-Fusion and for the most part I have been treated more than kind from everyone at Firelight. I hope this helps others as it has helped me. I only wish I could make a video to show how I clean the battery and cartomizer sadly my computer died and can not do this.

Cleaning the center contacts of residue and other build-up definitely helps to restore proper energy flow between the battery and cartomizer’s heating element. Although using the Q-Tip by itself to wipe the contacts and threaded areas clean works well enough, you can also use rubbing alcohol or water for further cleaning. When using any type of liquid, however, take extra care in not letting liquid get into the battery.
